What we collect when you use cadransystems.com, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

Data controller

Cadran AS, company registration number 935 827 523, Gaustadalléen 21, 0349 Oslo, Norway, is the controller for the personal data described here. Privacy questions go to info@cadransystems.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the forms on this site. The demo form asks for company name and email address. The contact form asks for first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name and your message.

We do not buy personal data, and we do not gather information about you from other sources.

What we use it for

We use it to answer your enquiry, arrange a demo and where relevant prepare an agreement. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract — and for other enquiries Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in replying to someone who gets in touch.

We do not use it for profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell it on.

Who sees it

The forms are provided by Formspree Inc., which processes the submission on our behalf and forwards it to our email. Formspree uses infrastructure in the United States, so the data is transferred outside the EEA.

Our email runs on Google Workspace and the site runs on Vercel. Beyond this the data is not shared with anyone unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant and deleted when it ends without a customer agreement. If you become a customer, retention is governed by the customer agreement. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies

We use no cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking, and the site loads no third-party scripts.

One functional cookie is set when you choose a country and language: cadran_country, which lasts twelve months and makes sure you land on the right edition of the site. Your browser also stores the same choice locally, together with whether you have dismissed the country suggestion. Neither identifies you.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to request restriction, to object to the processing and to data portability. Email info@cadransystems.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can complain to Datatilsynet in Norway or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
